From the inspired art of Frida Kahlo, we’ll head to the eye-catching Xochimilco and board a trajinera - a colorful, gondola-like boat - for a ride through the neighborhood’s famous canals. As you indulge in local treats , your guide will share the incredible details of what makes this area a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Before finishing the tour, walk around North America's oldest university and admire its Central Campus, another World Heritage site.

Please note that our tour spends the longest time in Tolantongo, allowing you to truly enjoy your time in Tolantongo without feeling rushed by your tour company throughout the day. Our guides are extremely fluent in their English language skills. Most have lived a major part of their life in the United States and or Canada. We provide comfort in our transportation, by not allowing our vehicles to be cramped and tight with too many guests. Our guides also have a good relationship with the community of employees that work in Tolantongo. Our mutual respect for one another allows for a better experience for our guests than you could imagine. Our guides are given a fair wage for their excellent service.

Stroll through the ruins of Teotihuacan, the City of Gods, one of the most jaw-dropping experiences you can have in Mexico and see the power of the Aztec empire. Admire the Sun Pyramid that is the largest in Mesoamerica with more than 200-feet-tall. Along with a trip to the Pyramid of the Moon, you’ll learn from an expert local guide about the origins of this religious city. Have free time to explore your favorite spots, and take amazing pictures. Then you’ll visit the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, an 18th-century shrine, where you’ll see a cloak with the image of Guadalupe as you learn about her significance to the culture and people of modern Mexico. The day also includes a visit to Tlatelolco. You’ll learn about their history, including human sacrifices, mass graves, and the so-called Lovers of Tlatelolco.

Imagine flying over the Teotihuacán valley at more than 450 meters high and being able to see the pyramids of Teotihuacán, one of the most important cultures in all of Mesoamerica. I'll tell you a little more... First we will welcome you with a coffee and cookies. We will enter the take-off area where you will be able to see the entire inflation process of a hot air balloon. Your flight will begin over the beautiful valley of Teotihuacán and upon landing we will make a traditional toast. Afterwards we will have breakfast at La Cueva Restaurant, where you can admire the magic of nature, that is, we will be underground having breakfast in a natural cave. We will move to a culture space where you can learn about the most important resources of the place such as obsidian, you will learn pigmentation techniques and we will end with a tasting of local drinks.

During 45 minutes and on the way back to Mexico City, you will visit the most visited religious Sanctuary in Mexico, La Basílica de Guadalupe, where religious devotion produces a phenomenon that will create a religious syncretism.
