San Rafael and Atuel Canyon
We started at 7:00 a.m. looking for passengers at the hotels in the city of Mendoza, and it took us approximately 45 minutes to look for them all. We travel through Mendoza along Route 40 towards the south. We will travel for 3 hours from the time we leave Mendoza until we arrive in San Rafael. There the excursion takes place, visiting the City of San Rafael, the historical area known as Villa 25 de Mayo, the incredible geological formation of the Atuel Canyon and the Valle Grande reservoir/dam (the most important of the Atuel River). At this last point you have free time to take a catamaran or rafting ride or have lunch (both optional activities at an extra cost).

Get to know the Best Wineries in Mendoza and Restaurants recommended in the Michelin Guide on this Tour of approximately 7 Hours. Our designated driver will pick you up at your accommodation to begin the tour. There you can visit 2 wineries in the Lujan de Cuyo or Maipu area and then have lunch at one of the restaurants recommended in Mendoza by the Michelin Guide. Both visits, tastings and Lunch are NOT included in the price of our Tour. They must be paid directly at the Winery and/or Restaurant. You will have the possibility of choosing the tasting you want as well as Lunch. Transportation with a private driver is included in the Price. We take care of recommending the best options and making reservations (subject to their availability), adjusting to your needs.
