Half-Day Tour to Laguna Cejar
The Salar de Atacama is the largest salt deposit in Chile and is formed by a depression with no water outlet that receives from the San Pedro River and multiple streams through which water is filtered from the mountain range. Inside this, you will find Laguna Cejar beautiful and mystical of turquoise color. Its high salt content generates the floating effect which makes a relaxing bath and a fun experience. Tour to Laguna Cejar, Ojos del Salar and Laguna Tebinquiche
First we will pick up all the passengers at your hostel or hotel. Then we will go to the Cejar y Piedra Lagoon where we will float in the diluted brine of the Lagoon. Saltier than the dead sea. Transfer to the Puritama Hot Springs
On the transfer, you can enjoy a restorative bath at the Puritama Hot Springs, located 30 km from San Pedro de Atacama. Its waters originate in the Andes Mountains and reach high temperatures due to the proximity to volcanic materials. Then, they flow to the surface in the Puritama River, creating eight natural pools, surrounded by hills and native vegetation. The enclosure is equipped with dressing rooms, bathrooms and terraces in each of the pools, and the average temperature of the hot springs is 33 °C.
