With this experience, we decided to give importance to all aspects of wine. Balsamic vinegar is one of its derivatives and, it is produced with the grape must (freshly crushed grape juice with all the skins, seeds, and stems). Sitting and relaxing in a magical and warm atmosphere you'll get the chance to experience this precious product, understand how to use it in different dishes and learn how it's produced. Everything will be also matched with the tasting of our organic wines and extra-virgin olive oils.

Tasting with welcome Aperitivo in the vineyard of organic wines
A special tour that gives more space to the natural environments surrounding the farm. You will be taken on a walk through the fields and vineyards and linger in the shade of a large oak tree for a cool Aperitivo. The tour continues through the vinsantaia, historical cellar, collection of agricultural tools. Tasting of 8 wines from our production: - "Casa Lucii" DOCG Vernaccia di San Gimignano; - 2 different vintages of "Mareterra" DOCG Vernaccia di San Gimignano reserve; - "Spicchio" IGT rosé Tuscan; - "Fuscelli" DOCG Chianti; - "Senarum" DOCG Chianti Colli Senesi; - "Arturo" IGT Tuscan Red with tailor-made artisanal chocolate pralines; - "Curato" DOC Vin Santo del Chianti with Tuscan Cantuccini. The tasting is accompanied by a taste of our organic extra virgin olive oil, cheese and cold cuts selection produced by local farms and accompanied by vegetables from the garden.

Craving pasta? Join our family for a 3-hour cooking experience in a typical Tuscan kitchen that overlooks our vineyards and olive trees. You’re going to learn how to make fresh pasta from scratch and all secrets to make it “al dente”. An exclusive cooking class dedicated toTuscan tradition surrounded by the wine and extra virgin olive oil aromas. This experience is a real journey in Tuscan flavors made of simple and fresh ingredients. Tasting of organic extra virgin olive oil of our production, from hand-picked, cold-pressed olives and tasting of the symbolic wines of our land: from Vernaccia di San Gimignano to Chianti Classico. All accompanied by preserves, jams, cheeses and typical products to guarantee a bite of Tuscany at every bite.

Enjoy a unique and private experience of wine tasting in a Tuscan Winery! During the wine tasting experience our professional instructors will teach you more about our wines and the different areas of the winemaking of our region and discover the techniques of tasting with a real Wine School. Thanks to this experience you have the opportunity to taste a wide range of Tuscan wines combined with excellent local dishes. Note: In the event of adverse weather conditions, low or high temperatures, Tenuta Torciano reserves the right to change the location based on availability.
