Disembark into the magic of morning birdsong, look for penguins on the shore or in nesting boxes, and spot some of the rare species that call this island sanctuary home, including the South Island saddleback and bush robin. Follow the well-formed track to the island’s summit to take in the sweeping views across the Sound to Cook Strait. You’ll have approximately 2 hours to explore this natural paradise before the relaxing return boat ride. Start your day with a complimentary wine tasting like no other, where you will experience a sensory adventure as you are presented with fragrances that compliment the beautiful wine. Take a magical stroll down butterfly gully where you can settle down for a complimentary cheese platter picnic as you watch the monarch butterflies flutter around you. Once you have finished the Yealands tour, you have the choice to finish up your day by departing the bus at Blenheim I site and carry on back to Picton or you are welcome to continue on the hop on hop off run and visit more fabulous wineries, omaka.

Cruise to Punga Cove through Queen Charlotte Sound/Tōtaranui in the morning, arriving in time for lunch at the Punga Fern Restaurant. Relax on the deck while overlooking Endeavour Inlet, or inside the welcoming restaurant while you enjoy your lunch from the tasty lunch menu. Explore the grounds, sit on the beach, or simply drink in the views until we pick you up again at approximately 3.15pm for the scenic boat ride home to arrive back in Picton at approx 5pm.

Cruise and Lunch at Furneaux Lodge Cruise to Furneaux Lodge through Queen Charlotte Sound/Tōtaranui in the morning, arriving in time for lunch at the Furneaux Restaurant. Choose your delicious lunch from the set menu, and relax on the sweeping lawn overlooking Endeavour Inlet, or inside the cosy restaurant in Furneaux’s historic homestead. Explore the grounds, do a short walk or simply drink in the views until it’s time to meet us at the jetty at 3pm for the scenic cruise home - arriving back in Picton at approx 5pm.

Sea kayak from the picturesque Picton foreshore, across the harbour and into the Grove Arm of the Queen Charlotte Sound. Stop on a sandy beach in this beautiful remote location for morning tea and lunch.
