Our Marco Island Sightseeing and Shelling Tour departs from the Goodland Boat Park, in Goodland, FL. On our two hour ecotour you will experience one of the most popular adventures we are known for, we will take you for an exciting and scenic cruise through the Ten Thousand Islands, where our Captains and Guides will provide information about the ecology of this unique ecosystem. After cruising through the mangrove islands, we will stop on a private beach in search of the most exotic tropical sea shells that the Gulf coast is known for. This is a very informational adventure that will keep small children and adults engaged the whole time. Please note: Everyone in your party must sign the electronic waiver located on your voucher before arriving to your Boat Tour. Experience the Everglades on an airboat guided tour
The adventure begins as you depart in a climate-controlled vehicle, escorted by an interactive tour guide. The guide provides full-narration of the Everglades, including facts on the Eco-systems and indigenous wildlife. Guests will board airboats upon for an exhilarating ride through the backwaters of the Gulf, including mangrove tunnels and old Indian trails. The experienced airboat captains will wind through the rugged Ten Thousand Islands, revealing the hiding spots of alligators, manatee and other local inhabitants. You will experience an authentic wildlife sanctuary, situated on 259 lush acres which are surrounded by the Big Cypress National Park. You will have the opportunity to see over 100 alligators, some of the largest crocodiles in captivity, as well as lions, tigers, a bobcat, and a reptile exhibit. All animals within the sanctuary are either rescued from their previous owners or are being cared for due to injuries.

Our three-hour Barrier island shelling tour is the perfect tour if you want to spend a little more time looking for a really special shell. Captains are always US Coast accredited master captains with decades of experience to ensure safe passage even in rough weather. Your guide is a certified Florida Master Naturalist with a wealth of knowledge to help you understand not only what you'll find but also where to look to locate the most sought-after and rare shells like the infamous Junonia. A truly memorable shelling experience as all of our tours are small groups and very intimate. Tour destinations may include Caxambas sandbars, Kice Island, Morgan Island, Cape Romano, and Second Chance Shell Bar (aka Shell Island). Shelling locations are dependent on the time of the year, weather, tide, and wind. Shelling locations are at the captain's discretion.

On our 4 Hour Kice Island Shelling Trip we depart from the Goodland Boat Park. Marco Island sits atop the 10,000 Islands. With so many amazing beaches just south of us, only accessible by boat, these islands are littered with amazing shells. Our expert captains and guides will teach you about each individual shell that you find. They will explain their habits, eating behaviors, and how they live in and out of the tides. Our crew doesn’t only know how to identify them, but they know where the best spots are. You will learn identification, and also learn about this unique ecosystem, and why these creatures are so important.
