Berchtesgaden and Eagle's Nest Day Trip from Munich
The impressive mountain scenery and the beautiful landscape of the Berchtesgadener Land will definitely fascinate you. A special bus and lift take you up to the Kehlsteinhaus at an altitude of 1,834m where you will be rewarded with spectacular views. Our guide will give a comprehensive summary of the historical events and answer any questions. Afterwards, we will have a short stop in the town of Berchtesgaden. The return journey via the German alpine road shows you the impressive valleys of Bavaria. In the event of bad weather conditions (fog, ice, snow) which make a trip up to the Kehlsteinhaus impossible, we offer the visit of the Berchtesgaden salt mines as an alternative.

IN THE TOUR PRICE - we will however send you a link with the recommended entry time so you may book directly with no hidden costs involved. Hotel Pickup at 8.00am anywhere in central Munich. We then head straight for the castle to AVOID the crowds. Once you have toured the inside of the castle and seen Mary's bridge and our "secret spot" for taking photos we walk back down and depart for Austria to have the best Schnitzel or Fish lunch on the banks of Plansee. Linderhof Palace with optional Tour of the interior. Alternatively we can also do an Alpine Coaster ride in the Alps close to Oberammergau which includes a chairlift ride up the mountain with amazing views. Ettal Monastery is our last stop before heading back to Munich. Back to your hotel by 6:30pm. You will always have a native English speaking local Tour Guide/Driver with you at all times.
Neuschwanstein Castle by Bus Incl. Bike Ride or Hohenschwangau
WE GUARANTEE "SKIP THE LINE" CASTLE TICKETS allowing you to tailor your day (prices are 22,50 for adults and 4,00€ for children and are not incl. ) and can be bought from your guide so bring cash with you on the day. You may either choose to take a relaxing and scenic bike ride through the Bavarian countryside OR tour the interior of Hohenschwangau Castle (23,50€pp extra if tickets are available). Our Base will be a brewery from where we start our leisurely bike ride on flat terrain with many photo ops. We return to the brewery for local fare & beer for lunch. We then hike or bus up to Mary's Bridge. From there we make sure you get to your castle tour on time with your skip the line tickets. Should you want to see both castles instead - no problem. We can arrange an entry time and tickets (once again, if available) for Hohenschwangau & you simply meet up with the rests of the group before the castle tour. We all return to Munich arriving at our starting point at around 7.30 pm.

This “classic” Munich Bike Tour runs in the morning, and is a relaxed paced 3,5 hour tour in a group of no larger than 23 people. It includes stops and detailed history along with sights such as Odeonsplatz, Max Joseph Platz, the Hofbrauhaus, the Residenz a third of the English Garden, a lunch stop (cost of food and drink not included) at the Chinese Tower Beer Garden where one can taste the Bavarian Bier, crazy River Surfers, and many more amazing sights. The tour will start at 11:30am at the meeting point Marienplatz 15 which is also know as the Spielzeugmuseum or Toy Museum under the Tower of the Old Town Hall.
