Next, dive into the Caribbean for a swim or snorkel, or simply relax on board. Arrive at Rick's Café just in time for sunset. This legendary bar has its own pool, a live reggae band and a very chilled-out vibe. But the best thing about it has to be the location – it's perched on the edge of a cliff above a sea cove. Try and grab a spot on one of the Gaudi-style mosaic benches and watch on as brave locals dive into the water from the 10-metre cliffs.

Full Day Dunn's River and Blue Hole with Lunch
As one of the largest islands in the Caribbean, Jamaica packs a punch in the natural beauty stakes. On this trip, you'll get to visit two of her knockout spots in just one day. Make a Tarzan-like rope swing splash into the exotic Blue Hole springs before making the trek up Dunn's River Falls. We kick off with a drive through lush green landscapes to a true Instagram hotspot – the Blue Hole. Explore a nearby cave, swing like Tarzan into one of three pools, and enjoy a cool swim in this mineral spring. After a delicious local lunch, we'll head to Dunn's River Falls – one of the stars of the Bond film Dr. No. Admire the 180-meter-high staircase of rock with water thundering down it and you can follow your guide to the top. Luckily, it's an easy scramble to the summit and anyone from toddlers to seniors, can have a go. But, if you don't fancy the climb, you can follow the trails on either side or stay at the base relaxing in the tropical surroundings. Thrill-seekers will love this one.

Rockland Bird Sanctuary and Hip-Strip Shopping
The Rockland Bird Sanctuary is home to many species of birds, some endemic to Jamaica while others flew to the Island from other countries and make Jamaica their home. The bird sanctuary is located in the hills of a small community called Anchovy, approximately a 20-minute drive from the the city of Montego Bay. The tour can last for 45 minutes to over 1 hour depending on the group's interest. Bird lovers will find this tour very fascinating as many different birds will fly from trees to the ground for you to feed them. The hummingbirds, the national bird of Jamaica, are part of a special experience as you sit with a bottle of their favorite drink, wait for them to perch on your outstretched finger while you feed them from the bottle. Next, you will take a walk through the garden with the guide to see the different trees and herbs before the tour ends. Admission Fees not included ($20 per adult and $10 per child 4-10)
