10 Hidden Waterfalls With Local Cuisine
We will take you to Las Monas (the monkeys) Rainforest. It is a 25 minute hike in to the jungle you will be learning about the natural vegetation used for medicine by the natives of Las Monas. The Experience lasts 2.5-3.5 hours depending on how long you would like to be at each waterfall and swim in the natural pools. You do not have to swim if you do not want to ;) Once we get to the Waterfalls you will get to swim in the 10 natural pools or jump from the top of the waterfalls. On our way back you will have the pleasure to taste the local cuisine at La Casita del Sabor (The Home of Flavor), cooked by the Grandmother of Las Monas town. It is the perfect tour if you want to be one with nature and local culture. Hike starts easy then gets a bit more difficult so not suited for anyone with a handicap. Approximately from the start of the river to the 1st waterfall is 1km (15-20 minutes) then will see new waterfalls every 50-100 meters.
2 Hour ATV Jungle Adventure Jaco

AERIAL TRAM - HALF DAY PASS Jaco
The rich ecosystems of Costa Rica's rainforests are yours to discover aboard this aerial tram tour that takes you over the treetops. As you explore gardens and glide over the canopy, admire the layers of the forest and the diverse flora and fauna that flourish there. The aerial tram features open sides, giving you a 360-degree view of your vibrant surroundings as you make your way above and through the treetops. Keep an eye out for strikingly colorful trogons, collared anteaters, or endearing sloths as you glide above the canopy.
Monkey, Crocodile, Sloths & Beach Experience
We will visit the sanctuary of the white-faced capuchin monkeys, the most intelligent species of monkeys in the new world. Our visit will be safe and informative for everyone, from children to adults. We’ll learn about their family organization, alphas, and betas, and how to calculate their age. During these tours people are not allowed to touch the animals, but animals if they feel comfortable allowed to touch people. They are still wild animals and we are not violating their habitat. We don't allowed to feed them as well We’ll then see the crocodiles of Rio Grande de Tarcoles and enjoy the local souvenir sale and a buffet-style restaurant. We can choose to admire the crocodiles from the bridge or take a boat tour for an extra $43. The boat tour lasts approximately 1:40 minutes and includes bird watching and a naturalist guide. We’ll then go to a hidden beach in Jaco to see the sloths. We’ll sit on chairs, have a table, and I’ll serve drinks and snacks.
