Our customers comment on the beauty and interesting characteristics of the Collins River. The Collins river is 67 mile long stream in the east-central portion of Middle Tennessee in the United States. It is a tributary of the Caney Fork, and is part of the Cumberland, Ohio and Mississippi watersheds. Waters are usually calm and perfect for recreational kayaking or floating. Fishing for the all famous Musky is a gamble of 10,000 casts many attempt while on the Collins river.
The Equine Experience
THE EQUINE EXPERIENCE(Connection & Leadership) Kingston, GA. Join local horseman Nathan Garner as he takes you on a interactive journey with his professionally trained horses. The Equine Experience starts off with a meet and greet with the horses & our instructor. You will get to pick hooves, groom and brush horses, and interact with them one-on-one. There will be a presentation and equine entertainment to show off the skills of the horses, and to give you a idea of what we will be doing together with the horses. The experience will give you a horses perspective, and introduce to natural horsemanship skills that helps you to communicate clearly with any horse. There will also be time to take photos with the horses for a nice souvenir. We offer a bonfire during the colder months.

Folks seem to love it here and I am happy to share the beauty of the river bank with visitors. Daily kayakers, or floaters may be coming through to use the ramp, so find your privacy. Spacing could become limited due to water levels and tents previously rented. Spaces are by the Collins river and no lighting or electricity is provided. Small fire pit fires are permitted and permission for a bonfire for groups can be arranged with advance notice. TWRA fishing licenses are required if fishing. Swimming is allowed and tie out floats are available to use for free. Grill is available. General store on top of the hill carries some refreshments and amenities campers may need. Insect repellant is advised and with NO LIFEGUARD on duty, young children are advised to wear life jackets near or in the river. All trash is expected to be picked up and site left as it was found. Persons exhibiting violence, unruly intoxication or property destruction will be required to leave with no refund issued.
