Real Village Tour Amritsar
This village tour is an exprience that will take you back to the old roots of Punjab. Welcome guest with Lassi(Butter Milk), Later enjoy the taste of Snacks(Pakoras) with Jaggery Tea. After doing some activities in the village, back to village house for lunch where you can enjoy Sarson ka Saag with Makki di Roti, Dal Makhni, Mix Vegetables, Curd, Zeera Rice, Plain Chapaati, Salad etc. Dessert includes Rice Pudding (Kheer). Pickup from Hotel, Drive to Indo-Pak Wagah Border to watch Flag Retreat Ceremony-Wagah, an army outpost on Indo-Pak border 30 Kms from Amritsar where the daily highlight is the evening "Beating the Retreat" ceremony. Soldiers from both countries march in perfect drill, going through the steps of bringing down their respective national flags. As the sun goes down, nationalistic fervour rises and lights are switched on marking the end of the day amidst thunderous applause. Transfer Back to Hotel/Amritsar.

At 11:00 AM visit JallianWala Bagh and see the bullet marks on the walls and get to see the famous Martyr's well where people sacrificed their lives during the British rule. 12:30 PM drop back to hotel. Freshen up and have lunch. 3:00 PM leave for Wagah Border Retreat Ceremony. 6:30 PM visit Sadda Pind and experience the Punjabi Culture Living Village Museum which brings you a chance to experience authentic culture, colours and flavours of Punjab. Amritsar Wagah Border Tour
In the late afternoon travel to Wagah Border to watch the lowering of the flags ceremony at the Attari-Wagah border which is a daily military practice that the security forces of India(Border Security Force, BSF) and Pakistan (Pakistan Rangers) have jointly followed since 1959. The drill is characterized by elaborate and rapid dancelike manoeuvres and raising legs as high as possible, which have been described as "colourful". It is alternatively a symbol of the two countries’ rivalry, as well as brotherhood and cooperation between the two nations.
