Grand Knik Helicopter Tour - 2 hours 3 landings - ANCHORAGE AREA
Our signature flightseeing and glacier landing tour, includes 30 mins of flightseeing and 30 mins landed at 3 Glacier areas including on the glacier itself. This tour includes an alpine landing where you will have 30 mins to see the grand size of the 5 mile wide and 29 mile long Knik Glacier with a birds eye view. Your 2nd landing takes you to a 100 foot ice wall where you may even be able to see the massive ice calve . After 30 minutes exploring you go to the glacier landing right in the middle of Knik Glacier, where you can get out of the helicopter and spend about 30 minutes exploring ancient ice. See the azure blue melt pools (summer), crevasses and ice formations created by water, wind and the sun. During your flight seeing, keep your eyes open for the area wildlife to include Moose, Mountain Goats, Dall Sheep, Bears and even wolf on occasion! Aurora Camp is located on a hilltop near Murphy Dome, one of the best Northern Lights viewing areas near Fairbanks and a favorite spot for many Aurora photographers. During this tour, you'll sit in a cozy, warm Alaskan-style cabin and watch the Northern Lights. There is no artificial light pollution or obstructed view. The cabin has six huge windows facing the north, with a view of over 180°. Get ready for an adventure in the Alaskan wilderness with an ATV tour from Denali. On an automatic single or double ATV, you'll ride along trails surrounded by Denali National Park at speeds up to 30 mph (48 kph), and make stops to enjoy 360-degree views of the Alaska Range, Otto Lake, and the Healy Valley. Traverse rocky creek beds and splash through the water (weather permitting) as a guide leads you through the rugged terrain and provides opportunities for photography. Wildlife is abundant, so watch for moose on the trail. When booking, select from several departure times and decide whether you want a single or 2-passenger side-by-side ATV.

Wildlife and Glaciers with a walk in the Rainforest
This tour is a great way to experience some amazing sights of Alaska, wildlife, glaciers, and a rainforest within a half day. Your guide will pick you up from downtown Anchorage and drive along Turnagain Arm, which boasts abundant scenic views and Alaskan wildlife within easy access to the city of Anchorage. Along the way, you will learn many interesting facts about this area’s history, animals, and ecosystem from your experienced guide. You will visit the Wildlife Conservation Center, located at the end of Turnagain Arm and surrounded by mountain peaks. You will have the chance to explore on your own and visit the many animals in the center, including brown bears, wolfs, caribou, moose, and the endangered Woodland Bison. After the Wildlife Center, you will have the opportunity to see the majestic Portage Valley, a few miles drive from the Wildlife Center. Here you will enjoy several amazing viewpoints of glaciers, lakes, rivers, and a unique rainforest.
Spring Wildlife Cruise
Travel into the protected waters of Resurrection Bay in search of gray whale on their annual migration through Alaskan waters on this 4-hour excursion. Gray whales migrate over 5,000 miles from Baja to the Bering and Chukchi Seas each year in search of food. They begin their migration north in late February and travel through Alaskan waters in the spring. In addition to gray whales, watch for humpback whales, orca, Steller sea lions, sea otters, Dall's porpoises, harbor seals, bald eagles, and many other types of marine birds.
