Wine Tour Ebike Experience
Urban Bikery wants to pay tribute to the prestigious territory in which it has its headquarters by organizing a 100% eco-sustainable wine tour in an innovative way. We will go to the discovery of the best Rosso and Nobile di Montepulciano cellars directly by ebike. Among our partners: Boscarelli, Canneto, Molinaccio, Salcheto, ... we will book, based on availability, two wineries among those selected for a visit with tasting. The arrival in the showroom is scheduled for 10.30 but the time could be different based on the availability of the cellars or the customer's needs. Montepulciano: Winery Tour & Tasting Experience
Enjoy 1.5 hours wine tasting experience in an historical cellar in the heart of Montepulciano. Together with an expert sommelier, discover the cellar’s underground of XVI century characterized by vaults and tunnels attributed of Etruscan civilization. Listen the history of this ancient cellar as well as the explanation of the methods and techniques of the wine production. During this journey follows a unique tradition in high quality wine production. Furthermore, discover private collection of old wine bottles tunnel and be amazed by the Etruscan tomb located in the cellar. Then, take part to an exclusive wine tasting experience combined to regional products. A sample of four local wines will be served with bread with a plate of local products. During this experience, you will taste four of the most important wines made in Montepulciano and known all around the world while a professional sommelier will explain you in depth the particularity of those Italian excellencies.

Romantic Vespa Tour and Wine Tasting
Following our experienced English-speaking guide, you will live “la Dolce Vita” driving an authentic Vespa 125cc. We propose you two itineraries to choose: a) We will take you to a small medieval village situated in the heart of the area, driving along the enchant of Orcia Valley (Val d’Orcia) which is UNESCOs Heritage. or b) Trasimeno Lake will offer you its wonderful landscape with the history of the old town and the peace of its waters. The tour will end up in our winery. Here you’ll discover all steps of wine making and you’ll enjoy a fantastic tasting of our wines accompanied by a delicious Tuscan menu with a first choice, a platter of cheeses and cured meats, plus dessert. Driving experience on a scooter is requested. Those who do not feel confident enough about riding on their own, can opt for riding with one of our expert escorts. That's a walking tour in the center of Montepulciano. We are going to visit the main attractive, the narrow streets, the panoramic views of the town, then we can go up in the Tower Hall (is not include in the price), the highest point of Montepulciano to have a breathtaking view of the Valleys around the city. Then we will finish the tour with a Wine tasting.

Cooking Class and Tuscan tradition in Montepulciano
With the help of our Chef, native to this area, you will discover the unique flavors of local cuisine as you explore our traditional lifestyle. The course includes the preparation of 4 typical recipes. We start our experience preparing the special sauce of Crostino Toscano, traditional appetizer. Then we’ll make handmade pasta: Pici, real treasure of south Tuscany. For the sauce we’ll prepare the typical Aglione, which is a tomato sauce made with a special giant garlic of the area. As dessert we’ll prepare Cantucci, traditional cookies of Valdichiana. They are very good dipped in Vin Santo, special sweet wine of our region. After this unique experience, all your efforts will be rewarded by enjoying the sumptuous meal prepared with your own hands during the cooking class. Enjoy your meal!
