Then, we'll visit one of the oldest Salumeria of the city to learn more about the local meat products and the famous pastas. You'll enjoy: Parmigiano Reggiano, Prosciutto di Parma, Mortadella di Bologna and many more regional cold cuts in the oldest Osteria in the world with a glass of our local wine. Next we have planned a taste of fresh, handmade pasta made just for us at a local Trattoria, always with a glass of local wine (and a coffee, if you like it) Then we will visit the main local food market, called Quadrilatero, and we'll enjoy a tasting of different types of balsamic vinegar from Modena (8-12-25 years of aging) to discover how this amazing tradition is still deeply rooted in this region. Ferrari Lamborghini Pagani Factories and Museums - Tour from Bologna
For an unforgettable experience, enjoy an exclusive tour with us. The tour in the famous Motor Valley of Emilia Romagna is an experience to be lived intensely: we will take you on an incredible journey through the "Land of Motors" to visit the production factories and museums of the most famous Italian supercars in the world: the legendary FERRARI, the LAMBORGHINI supercar and the famous PAGANI supercars. The tour lasts 8 hours and includes a visit to the Ferrari Museum, the Lamborghini Factory and Museum, and the Pagani Museum and Factory. In addition, you will delight in a lunch with a typical Italian flavor. For an additional fee, you will be able to drive a Ferrari or Lamborghini on the road or track, or try the F1 simulator to feel like a real driver on the world's most important circuits. The tour leader will accompany you throughout the tour, providing information in English.
Tour Parmigiano Reggiano dairy and Parma ham
You will appreciate the real Parmigiano cheese production in a very traditional factory. It will be possible to see the when cheese makers pull the cheese from the milk vats. You will then be taken to the seasoning/storage rooms to see the final stages of production. At the end of the tour there will be a tasting of different aged Parmigiano Reggiano Cheeses. For Parma ham Prosciutto factory visit we will proceed to the idyllic hills of Langhirano home of Prosciutto di Parma Ham. You will move into the “environmental temperature stage”, by visiting the seasoning rooms, here characterized by the typical scents of the ham. During this stage it will be explained the method of “spillatura”, the process in which only the finest ham pasts the test, those selected by the Inspector of the Consortium will then be branded with the infamous ‘Crown of Parma’. At the end of the food tour there will be a degustation of Parma ham and a glass of Malvasia, a sparkling, white local wine.

You'll be able to experience the local way of eating and drinking in Bologna thanks to this experience. We'll take you through a gastronomic journey which will make you discover what are the hidden places that only the locals knows and that you must try! The goal is to share with you what exactly our typical day would be, the classic outing we do with our friends and family, surprising your appetite and taste buds with + 15 foods and wine tastings! We'll start with the most versatile and iconic local dishes served as a pre-aperitivo, la Tigella! Then we will move on directly purchasing and tasting cold cuts, cheeses and breads, many different types but all belonging to the Area of Bologna, always accompanied by local wine in the oldest Osteria of the City. Then walking through the old town centre, we'll try two iconic homemade pasta (Tortellini and Tagliatelle) in a classical Osteria Bolognese, always paired with another local wine. We will conclude with the best gelato in town!
