The tour begins at the local tourist pier in Ushuaia, from where we will set sail towards the wide Bay of Ushuaia. During the crossing, you will have the opportunity to spot a variety of seabirds on Bird Island. In addition, we will visit the Isla de los Lobos One of the highlights of the tour is the visit to the Les Eclaireurs Lighthouse. Continuing our journey, we will sail towards the East. During this part of the tour, you will have the opportunity to see Puerto Almanza on the Argentine coast and Puerto Williams on the Chilean coast, two notable points of interest in the region. The highlight of the tour is the arrival at Isla Martillo, where you will have the unique opportunity to observe Magellanic penguins up close in their natural habitat. With approximately 1000 nests, this colony is one of the three main penguin colonies. In addition, you can admire a smaller colony of Gentoo penguins, a unique species in South America.

This tour is a 6-hour Navigation through the Beagle Channel in a Flat Catamaran that will approach the coast of the most important islands.
Passengers will not descend from the catamaran during the Tour since the Penguins are very sensitive to environmental pollution and we cannot endanger their natural habitat. But we will dock at The Martillo Island where the Penguins approach the catamaran, they even play with the catamaran quiyas a few meters from us. We can observe them as closely as if we were on the ground.
This Tour does not include pick up Hotels however we need the name of the hotel where they will be staying in Ushuaia to be able to contact them in case of a last minute schedule change.
