I offer a cooking lesson that includes the preparation of two types of fresh egg pasta, with two different typical condiments, including Bolognese sauce. It will be an interactive and well-balanced cooking lesson, you will have your hands covered with egg and flour, and you will see me at the stove for the preparation of the sauces and then the plating. Possibility of vegetarian menu on request and lots of information on the history of traditional Italian food. 2.5 km away from the Asinelli tower, about 40 minutes on foot. There is a puppy in the house, in case of allergies to pets, please let us know in time.
