Please arrive promptly at the meeting point 10–15 minutes prior to departure. Refunds and exchanges will not be granted to missed tours due to late arrivals
The vehicle type is subject to the number of travellers. Requests for a specific vehicle type will not be granted. If your group places separate orders, please notify us in the "Requests & Remarks" section
If the day of the tour date is a Saturday, Sunday, or national holiday, the Shifen Waterfall visit will be canceled. The time spent at other attractions will be extended. No prior notice will be given
The itinerary is subject to change or cancellation based on traffic, weather, and other unforeseen circumstances. If there's traffic control, travellers are required to take the public shuttle bus at their expense. Please follow the arrangements made on the day by your guide
Taiwan's law regulates that a bus cannot operate for more than 11 hours and must stop at and pick up and drop off passengers at locations within the law. To comply with safety regulations, please follow the guide's instructions for vehicle use
