This time we offer the Istrian villages & olives: Enjoy a panoramic drive to the village of St. Peter, to visit the "Tona’s House” - a unique ethnological museum shows us typical life of a farmer's family from centuries ago. Koštabona - once an ancient Roman settlement with a temple dedicated to Bona Dea that gave the village its present name. Village of Hrastovlje holds a cultural monument Hrastovlje Holy Trinity Church from the 12th Century with its dazzling frescoes covering walls to the last corner, among them the famous Dance of Death. Izola is the smallest coastal town yet charming, enriched with a long tradition of fishing and farming. Izola boasts many wonderful things like narrow streets and squares hiding stone houses, churches. You are invited to taste extra virgin olive oil (cold pressing), pickled olives, sun dried tomatoes with capers, wine and homemade brandy. Excellent possibility to buy local products.
