In the event the cruise ship is unable to disembark passengers in Puerto Montt on the tour date due to weather conditions, a refund will be issued less a US$200 cancellation fee.
Tour length may vary depending on amount of time in Port and itinerary may be modified accordingly.

The weather can vary from one minute to another. Please bring a light jacket or rain coat. If it is a rainy or cloudy day, the volcanoes may not be visible, which is beyond our control.
