The tour begins with Çamlıca Hill, which is located within the borders of Üsküdar district, on the Asian Side of Istanbul, near the first suspension bridge. The next spot is the famous Galata Tower. It was built in the 14th century by the Genoese colony as part of the defense wall surrounding their district at Galata, directly opposite ancient Constantinople. Suleymaniye Mosque is a great location that one should visit while in Istanbul. It was built on the order of Sultan Süleyman and constructed by the great Ottoman architect Sinan in the 16th century. During the Ottoman era, Thé imperial mosques were built as mosque complexes, functioning as a foundation for the district to serve religious and cultural needs. In the garden behind the mosque is a terrace offering lovely views of the Golden Horn. The last stop will be Topkapı Palace, home of the Ottoman Sultan and the administration center. It is now a museum and one of the most visited places in Istanbul.
