Fuji Bike Tour's guide leads you in exploring the shores of the scenic lakes in Mt Fuji's foothills where spectacular views of the mountain await. Bike through picturesque countryside, past cherry and maple trees and fields of flowers. Stops include an ancient village of thatched-roof houses where local artisans display traditional crafts. People of any fitness level can participate. We bike at your pace on mostly-flat, paved roads. A support car and driver will accompany us so if you get tired or want to skip a hill, you can ride in the car. Your bike will also be transported so you can resume cycling when you wish. The guide is a native English speaker who rides a bike at the head of the tour group. He is knowledgeable about Japan and the local area and will share fascinating info and insights. We can provide bikes for adults and children 120 cm to 210 cm tall. This tour is not designed to be suitable for children under age 12.
