  • Boat ride may be affected by too low or too high river level (may occur about twice a year). In this case you may be offered an alternative sail or given a partial refund.
  • The boat to the falls can seat up to roughly 45 passengers
  • Due to natural causes, the Devil's Throat walkways were damaged and the National Park is in the process of repairing this section. For this reason, this Devil's Throat circuit (and the train ride to access it) remains closed until further notice.

  • People with physical, cognitive and/or sensory disabilities who cannot respond to an eventual emergency can not embark the Boat
