Enjoy a full day exploring the Furnas Volcano and the Northeast on a guided tour for a small group, in the comfort of an air-conditioned vehicle. Stops include the Gorreana Tea Factory and Plantation, the "Véu da Noiva" waterfall in the Ribeira dos Caldeirões Natural Park and several opportunities to observe the diverse volcanic activity of Furnas. At lunch, the most authentic dish of the Azores will be served, the Furnas stew, cooked in the volcanic soil of the volcano. Accompanied by a 100% Local guide, you will spend the day on an excursion to the famous landmarks of Furnas and Nordeste. Your professional guide will explain the history, ecology and geology of the sites throughout the day. This small group tour has a maximum of 8 people, ensuring a personalized experience of the east of São Miguel.
