Winter period (December to end of April) is not an ideal time for snorkeling due to low water level.
In winter period, you will not see many fish, corals...because sea water is not very clear due to weather.
In summer period (June, July, August), many domestic tourists go to Cham island. So it is more crowded at speed boat station and it takes longer time to chek-in state-own speedboats
