Col de Luna is unique, the place where our company is located. The techniques used here are unique, such as night harvesting, which takes advantage of the cooler temperatures of the night and slows down the fermentation process of the freshly harvested grapes, preserving their aromas and perfumes.
The tasting at our company includes 5 glasses of Prosecco DOCG Conegliano Valdobbiadene accompanied by cheeses and Bibanesi.
A professional will guide you into the fascinating food and wine world of the Veneto, telling you about the organoleptic characteristics of the wine.
The tasting will be held outdoors in the garden or on the veranda depending on the weather.
