We start with a visit to Faro, the capital of the province of Algarve and a tour of 13th century city centre. We proceed to the originally Moorish city of Olhão, an important fishing town, and its well-known local market. We continue to the historic town of Tavira, with its Roman bridge, typical cobbled streets, its many churches (entrance fee not included). You will have the chance to visit the old castle, which has a high observation point ideally suited to taking in the best views of the city and taking fantastic pictures. Feel free to explore the Ria Formosa’s barrier islands at your own pace. Departing from Faro, you can take the boat circuit to the islands of the Natural Park, and you have freedom to travel between them, on the available schedules. The ticket is valid for 24 hours on all trips until you return to Faro.

How does the Hop On Hop Off Islands work?

We have multiple scheduled pickup times in the three islands (hourly), giving you the flexibility to visit them all, choosing the time you want to spend on each one. Our boat skippers will be there to guide you and provide all the information you need during your journey.

You can depart from Faro, spend the day exploring and traveling between the islands, and choose your return time.

For an hour and a half we will have a very fun ride! We will appreciate and observe nature and biodiversity, learn more about the Islands and the Natural Park, fishing and culture and much more!

With lots of interesting information, our guide will always be willing and willing to explain everything and answer all your questions! We make a short stop at Praia Deserta, a magnificent place with access only by boat, where you will have time to take a dip and take fantastic photos in this paradise!

In a season other than summer, we stop at Culatra because the weather conditions are not the best to stop at the beach.
