On this tour, the boat ride through Folly Beach's most pristine marshlands is a must do and an adventure in itself. Along the way, your captain will teach you about our local estuary and the wildlife that inhabit it while you get to see them up close, including bottlenose dolphins. Once at Morris Island you will be able to enjoy a quiet beach, look for the various sea shells and sand dollars that scatter the area, take in the stunning views of the lighthouse and maybe come across a shark's tooth! You will get to explore the island for approximately 1 hour before getting back on the boat.

As we make our way through the creeks to Morris Island, you will have the opportunity to see dolphins and wading birds in the marsh and oyster beds. We will land on the south end of Morris Island, near the Lighthouse, where you will have 90 minutes to walk the beach on your own to look for shells, shark teeth and fossils. As we make our way back to the dock, you will likely see dolphins as the inlet behind the island is one of their favorite places to hang out.

On this tour, you will have the opportunity to experience history and the local wildlife around Folly. While we cruise through the waters along Folly Beach, you will have the opportunity to see tons of wildlife, like dolphins, sea turtles, and birds, and once we reach Morris Island, you will be in one of the best places in the world to find shark teeth. Or if you are a history buff, the Morris Island Lighthouse sits in the surf on the south end of the beach.

Please know this is an active tour (8000 total steps!) with several walks during the day. I do provide Charleston snacks and quick lunch can be purchased at Folly Pier, but feel free to bring your own lunch.

Join us on this two hour private boat tour as we explore the calm waters behind Folly Beach in search of the local bottlenose dolphins. As we cruise through the creeks and inlets, you will have the opportunity to see these beautiful animals play, sleep and hunt. If the dolphins are feeding, you may be able to observe a hunting strategy called “strand feeding,” only seen in this part of the world. Along the way, you will also have the chance to see other local wildlife, such as wading birds, bald eagles, osprey, pelicans or maybe a sea turtle. This cruise includes up to 6 people for one price!

This tour is perfect for couples looking for a romantic cruise or small families wanting a relaxing experience to wind down their day. As we meander through the creeks and inlets, you will have the opportunity to see dolphins playing in the water and watch as birds set out for their evening roosts. If the Tide permits we will make a stop at Morris Island to see the Lighthouse bathed in the evening glow before returning to the dock to see the sun fade below the horizon. First, we travel to Folly Beach to visit the lighthouse, beach and pier. Next, a drive through historical Citadel Military college. Then, on to Sullivan's Island, and to stroll the grounds of Fort Moultrie, out to the beach, and the best view of Charleston from the water. Finally, the lighthouse.

Arrive in style in my 2021 Mercedes Sprinter van, put your sun and surf clothes on, and soak in this surfer beach town. This is a private tour that can take 1-10 people.

Our adventure takes us out on a 1/2 mile walk to the northern end of Folly, with a beautiful vista of Morris Island Lighthouse. This is where several scenes from Outer Banks is filmed. Next, walk the boardwalk into the ocean on Folly Beach Pier. Margaritas or ice cream anyone? Then, I will set you loose on the town to enjoy surfer shops. Taco Boy is my suggestion, but lunch is up to you. Finally, a drive to the south end of Folly, and the county park.
