Top Experiences in Condado Lagoon (Laguna del Condado)

In San Juan, we are going to take you for an adventure full of beautiful sites and history. We will teach you about the history of San Juan, Puerto Rico, our rich culture, way of life, also will take you to popular areas for locals and tourists like the forts San Cristobal (quick stop) and El Morro (pass by). We are also going to make stops at La Placita de Santurce and to Ocean Park Beach. You will end with a better knowledge about how we, Puertorricans, life and love this precious island.
We pickup and drop off in all hotels, air bnbs, and cruise ports in San Juan and Carolina.
Total tour time is 2 hours.

On the surface, the seabob pulls you through the water where you can see fish, and underwater where you are able to swim with the fish. First, you'll meet on the beach where an Instructor will provide you with everything you need on this guided tour, including a mask; optional wetsuit; and safety harness which is connected to the machine so no swimming skills are required. After signing the waiver and going over a short safety briefing you'll head into the water where you'll venture off on your seabob and head to the reef in a small group. Our guides will take you on a reef tour where you will see a great variety of sea life including Angelfish, Parrotfish, Sergeant Major Fish, Hogfish, Sea Turtles, and more.

It is very common to come across manatees that feed on seagrass and that live in harmony with so many other marine species that live there. The lagoon is an important natural reserve that is protected for study and conservation as it is part of the San Juan Bay estuary. The flora, the mangroves, the landscape and how the species live in their natural ecosystem is an experience added to the sport to be performed in the lagoon.

If you are looking for a tour to put the icing on the cake before you leave Puerto Rico, I have the tour for you! Hike with me on a easy to moderate forest trail. To a location that is close by but NOT within the rainforest. Choose between swimming or laying out in or by a Huge natural pool or tombstoning, into a deep canyon of fresh, natural water. Jumps range from 5 to 10 feet or from 40 to 50 feet. If you cannot swim, LIFE JACKETS ARE PROVIDED, so you don't lose out on the fun. How much of Puerto Rico can you see on one day?
Quite a lot. Puerto Rico is small, and has good infrastructure (road) so is easy to move from one place to the other. So, if your flight makes a long layover in PR, or if you stop on a cruise, or you want to see as much as possible in one day, this is the tour for you.

You will get a full tour of Old San Juan (know the history and culture of Puerto Rico), a beach forest (mangroves, lagoons), a cave and a glimpse of the rain forest.

This is not a regular commercial tour. I will show you different places. I will give you a lot of interesting information in a fun/informal way. We can be spontaneous. You can get to "feel", "breath" and "enjoy" Puerto Rico.

While visiting this farm, we will be walking throughout the larger parts of the farm to learn about farming practices, from the seed to the final product, as well as reusing and recycling natural waste.

I can remember growing up in Puerto Rico and going to my grandmother’s home/farm and seeing all of those things that she did to eat, clean, and take care of her home and farm and supply her family. I will walk with you through the maze of trails on the farm showing you everything there is so you will come out knowing how it was growing up in Puerto Rico. My childhood will be brought to you in living color. When we are done at the farm I will then take you all to a special spot to take a dip in a wonderful natural pool to cool down before taking you a restaurant, located in the mountains to eat and enjoy some of the things that we saw at the farm but also to teach you about the food we have been eating here for over a century.
